I tried to join a WeChat group of the no brand products discussion. It was interesting that there were a lot of clients in there. The shop keeper and the customer services never mentioned that what their products are safe or not, just mentioned that how useful and effective they are.
What they really like to do is to post the conversation screenshot with some of the customers and try to prove that they are somehow very good.
