I tried to figure out my mind map of How to improve Chinese consumers’ awareness of Organic skin care products through art exhibitions and visual design. I divided the research into two major parts. One is research and the other one is intervention practise.

I tried to join a WeChat group of the no brand products discussion. It was interesting that there were a lot of clients in there. The shop keeper and the customer services never mentioned that what their products are safe or not, just mentioned that how useful and effective they are.

What they really like to do is to post the conversation screenshot with some of the customers and try to prove that they are somehow very good. There are very strict rules of staying in the chat room that no one is allowed to question any of the safety or effect of their products. If there are such questions appeared in the chat group, then they will kick you out of the group conversation.
